Boaters dream home minus the water

5 acres South Beloit IL
This is my fathers home,,he passed and its to far away to keep it up but been taking turns doing the maintenance with the siblings..
Brick ranch with fireplace 3 BR 2 baths,one has a tub and combo shower and the master bed room has a stand up shower only..big kitchen with attached family room,theirs another living room towards the front of the house..Full basement..Attached 2 1/2 car garage..across from the garage is another 12x 20 garage with concrete floor.
one 50x60 pole barn with insulation and concrete floors with running water,15x15 overhead door (NEW overhead door)
another 40x70?? pole barn with concrete floors and separate well..this pole barn was built about 15 yrs ago..its divided,1/3 has been insulated and dry walled but needs sanding and paint..The other 2/3 is for storage,each side has its own over head door..
