Default Dual 4's or single on B&M?

I have a 250 set up with dual Holleys. I wonder if it is better or worse to go to a sigle or or stay with duals. I assume it would make little difference as we will be tuning and jetting on a dyno.

I've had much better luck with a single Dominator instead of (2) 4150's

I think it would all depend. he never said what the engines are. there is a big difference between a 350 with 3 psi boost and a 540 with 7 psi.

I am building 454's .70 over b&m 250's w/ 8.5 to 1, ported, polished, chambered 099 heads, 9-10 lbs of boost with chillers.
Eddie may have known that from another post. I will be on the dyno for tuning and will be running an a/f gauge. We run in very cold water up here, 55* avg. They may be just a tad over the 600hp range and target max rpm 6300rpm.
I was curious if the duals could be finicky to the point of being a pain, or if they have room or range built in them.
I hope they can be a little flexible and not a constant tuning exercise!
