I went with a 2" IMCO shorty and used the internal parts, drive have very low hours on it- no need for the case. $500. will post some pics tomorrow

Is this a DWP or LWP? And do any parts come with it or just the bare bones case?

It is a LWP and I just have the case, I used the shaft and gears in the shorty.

No vertical shaft, sold to a buddy. I have the case only...
