Eliminator Eagle 30 ft drain plug

Hi folks, my son just bought a 2000 eliminator eagle 30 ft that has what appears to be 3 drain plugs and one of them looks to be 3 or 4 inches across.... Anyone know just what this is?

Did he buy the one out of Discovery Bay with the HP500 in it?
