Default Blow Boats -1

We went to our favorite little spot to hang out and look what we find. I guess he either didn't know about the shoal here or he didn't have a depth sounder. But to get it this high he must of come in with some speed. It's not like you could anchor here and have the tide go out on you, this IS a high tide! The Delta is full of folks who could use a boating safety class or two but I expect to find them on wave runners or tournement boats not a rig like this.

Anyone know the story here? The owner was on board but I didn't want to ask.

Yes, I checked. He had his lanyard on, PFD, in fact his Shih Tzu had it's PFD and lanyard on. As you can see the life raft is deployed and tethered. He also had a current copy of The Rules of the Road International-Inland COMDINST M16672.2D. He was busy looking up who had the right of way when on converging course, starboard tack, same direction, and one vessel isn't actually a vessel but a land mass.
