Call him and tell him you are a policeman, that this boat was reported stolen and you would like to discuss it at HQ.

When I was looking, I found one, and when I called the people gave me another number to call, and come to find out it was a joke, the people I called gave me the guys number that put the ad up, etc... They thought it was funny, I thought it was a waste of my time!
