98- 502 mpi.... on the water sep. filter. there are 2 lines side by side. One is the fuel outlet and one is the fuel return from the cool fuel. does anoy one know which is which. outside or inside line,,, hard to feel around and tell.

The smaller line is the return. I believe it is the one closest to the engine.

There are little arrows on the top of the seperator. The ones pointing toward the filter are in and the ones pointing toward the hose are out.
