Well the boat is coming home at the end of the month and the motor is coming out. It has about 430 hours and we are going to rebuild and prepare it for the procharger we plan on getting. Unsure on the psi that we will run but we believe no more then 5. With that in mind can any body give some insight on what might I need to get to prepare the motor for a procharger and what I need to do with the fuel system. We plan on upgrading the head gaskets and studding the heads. During the rebuild we want to basically keep it stock but stregthen it. Maybe a mild cam upgrade but really unsure on what needs to be done to the motor to handle the procharger. Any help, ideas, parts that others have used would be a great help.

You will most likely need bigger injectors and ensure the fuel system is adequate. Several fuel injection sights have a calculator to determine how big of an injector you need for X amount of horsepower.

You will need to tune the ECM or have someone who is able to do so as well.
