hull identification number

hello all. i just bought my 77 pantera.
the hull identification number begins with "wcw".
i google searched and found three different prefixes for three different "pantera" boats. (one is "wcw")
what's the story here?
thanks, rob.

thank you! is the rounded top uncommon?
also, do you have any idea approximately how many you guys made that year? mine is number: 72002. i see that you replied in the picture thread and it's very cool that it's the second produced that year.
thank you so very much for your reply, rob.

Rob, I too was curious about the curved fairing.
I was thinking maybe it was an Excalibur, but the helm is Pantera.
Glad it's a WCW.
Btw, your boat looks just like the 1975, from the Pantera site.
