I just want you to test drive a Canopy boat before you buy one... Ive been in 25,26, and 30 daytona's w/ icc canopies and there are times when its difficult to see, just being honest, and I have 20/20 vision...So see if you like it first, while driving... 525 is mild power, so don't expect a 100mph boat w/ that pkg...

excellent entry level performance cat. should run low 80's with that power. very forgiving hull at that speed. great ride in choppy water but not an offshore swell hull by any means.

I love the boat... I want a cat but the wife is not sold on it. She thinks they will flip as soon as you hit a wake.

How much do you think this will go for?

While I do agree it becomes difficult to see as the speed increases, I am just looking for a good reliable boat. I do not need the 100mph boat anymore just a good cruising boat.

That is the boat. It was on sale on ebay prior with no m otor but I was not the winning bidder. Taking a shot at it now, if I get it for the right price if not I will keep looking.

Originally It Was In Oregon At Auction, Sold To A Dealer In California And Then The Next Time I Saw It It Was For Sale On Ebay With No Engine Or Drive. Can't Remember What It Sold For On Ebay, But Was Mid To High 20's. Sold A Couple Different Times Before It Really Sold. As Far As Your Wife Goes Mine Was The Same Way, But After She Road In It A Couple Times She Is In Love With It Now. She Likes Ours Way Better Than Any Of The Vee's We Have Had In The Past. Hope This Helps

There's alot of better looking 25s for sale out there, keep looking, i've seen several listed on different sites... Also at the eliminator factory, they have a 1999 25, 27K, very basic, stock engine/drive, if your interested..
