wish I knew more about compooters to tell ya how to get them to come up, I just clicked on the link and they were there.
I have heard some issues regarding the 45ZX, but not the 38ZX regarding rolling. From what my friend tells me that is on the same dock as the 45ZX, it was definitely driver error. who knows,

this would be my guess as well..same thing Ive read on these boards as well as talked with 2 people that have sold them for a living..
