Default 2002 25-Baja Outlaw Hatch HInges

Well, 10 years later and I am now wanting to replace the sunpad hatch hinges. I looked all over and could not locate a replacement part (nothing on great lakes skipper either). I found a company that would make them for me (2ft long each, with the bends required under the sun pad to the knuckle, out of 10 gauge stainless steel with 1/4" pin through the knuckle). I hate to say I am about nearly 300.00 with shipping for the set! Uhhhhhh. I really am unsure what the factory hinges were made of (looked like aluminum to me) but I am sure each screw will bust off and that is why I had the new part NOT drilled so I can make my own hole pattern in them and then will have to seal up the other holes and redrill very carefully to a set depth). Not sure how many inferior screws or bolts are hatch rams, etc etc etc are left to replace (think I may have gotten them all now! HAHA!).
