Hey, all, looking for a way to slide my trailer sideways once it is in the barn.

Are there "sliders" on the market, or am I breaking out the welder and fabing up someting on casters?

I've looked at the furniture sliders, my boat/ trailer goes about #7000 lbs.

Any ideas?

I have a set of these. They make more expensive ones with ball bearings for the caster and rotator. The more expensive ones roll much easier than these cheapies without all the ball bearings. These work well for moving my stuff around, with a couple extra hands.

I have used a set of these before too, they have a built in jack to make it super quick and easy.

Not cheap though.

The caster dollies work very well. My friend had em on his car in the garage and you can push the car around alone with no problems. Of course, welding skills and a little time could put together some nice tandem, or tri axle dollies.

Think I have seen some in northern hydraulics catalog.
