Question Mail Box is empty!! OSO says it's FULL

I keep getting emails from OSO saying I could not recieve a PM as my mailbox is full. I deleted all PM's this a.m., mail box is clean, but I still recieve this same email from OSO.....so what gives????
People are recieving messages that my mail box is full so I cannot accept pm's !! It is empty!!

Same with me,how do you empty a mailbox that's already empty?

I had the same problem a while back. My mail box was also empty. What I found was a two tiered problem. First was that there were a couple of messages that were very old and no longer appeared. There is a toggle to see the older messages. This has to be done to all of the different mail boxes (ie sent). The second problem was that messages didn't immediatly appear and they didn't immediatly delete. I had to reload the page a couple of times to make it happen.

Amen to that Cord! I had to delete the message & it would still be listed. I finally had to check the box on the right side of the sent mail folder & for each message & hit delete again. That finally got rid of them! It works ok now, but what a mess!!
