Camper for sale at Bee Springs, and golf cart
#1
Gonna take some time off, so we are selling our camper at Bee Springs if anyone here is or knows someone who may be interested. Bee Springs is on the secondary channel on KY Lake next door to Southern Comfort. It's straight across from Smith Bay.

2006 Jayco Jay-Flight
Bought new in 2006 - list price was $28,500
Purchased at Youngbloods in Mayfield and taken directly to the place it is now. Tires have 40 miles
32FKS (front kitchen)
Bumper pull, 32' living space
1 slide contains a couch, and booth - both make beds
1 slide contains a king-size bed with storage underneath
Living area has linoleum, bedroom has carpet
All interior colors are tan/taupe
Oak cabinets
32" Toshiba TV
5 speakers in ceiling
Denon A/V receiver
Sony DVD player
Wired for satellite
A/V equipment hardwired to pole outside so there's no extra draw on camper electrical
Lease at Bee Springs is $2000/year. Camper stays all year round, and is available all-year round with notice to property owners. If owners allow the camper to stay, there's a 2 level patio built from RR ties, backfilled with dirt and topped with gravel. Grey outdoor carpet covers the gravel on the biggest level against camper. 2 sets of steps are built for entry to the camper and will stay, along with the carpet, and Rubbermaid storage shed. There's currently a 100' water hose buried up to the hydrant and connected to keep from using the holding tank. A new hardline will be ran next Spring. There is no sewer, but there is a leatchfield (hose in the ground) for the grey water tank to empty through (shower and faucets). A full-size refrigerator is also available for an extra $50/year on the lease.
The awning works, but will need to be replaced soon. Over the years the center of the canvas has stretched and allowed water to pool in it if it's not tilted. That has also bent the barrell a little bit, but again, it's still functional. A new barrell with canvas is around $350-$400 from Youngbloods, we just never got around to replacing it. Otherwise, everything functions as it should and there are no other problems.
If the camper stays where it's at, that's a bonus for the buyer. My price is for the camper and extra stuff listed above. The lease is paid until next Spring and I won't be charging anything for that either. If the campground owners have other plans, I'm sure they'll accomodate the buyer with a nice spot. There are a few available that are built-up just like mine and just as nice or nicer. The only drawback to our place is that if the water hits 370', we have to move until the water comes back down. For the last 2 years, that has happened and other tenants have taken care of it as we've been on shift and couldnt make it up there.
I was going to attach a picture, but it looks like that's disabled for tightwad members that won't pay for the softcore pRon, I mean membership they want you to pay for. I'll put some up later.
