may need set of big block pull outs

First time on thinking about a trade looking for itput.Looking to trade 91 27 fountain stock 502 with 231 hrs and trailor.For a 88 31 cigarette bullet with trailor but no motors has every thing just need set of long blocks.Any input on the deal or a set of pull outs perfer stock 454 or 502's.

I'd guess it depends on the condition of the Bullet. If the boat was mint, and just needs motors, thats one thing.
Stock 454's will have a hard time breaking 70mph in a bullet. Stock 502's, maybe break into the low 70's. Twin 600HP should get you around 80mph on a good day.
Stock basic gm longblocks will probably run between 6-8g each new, for 454 or 502s. If you feel the bullet is worth 20k more than your current complete boat, go for it. I know my buddy who had a killer bullet with fresh 600's and fresh bravos, on a trailer, sold for 35k last year. Boat was mint, and turn key on a myco trailer. Ran 78mph.
