I recall it having a pretty hefty asking price tag too last yr or so. Kinda a read between the lines price

I have no idea what the price is ... or that it was even for sale. (Wait, everything is for sale.) I just wrote it up as something kind of cool from a historical perspective. I learned a bunch of things I didn't know in putting together this story.

If memory serves me correctly, that boat was out behind the Fountain factory about 5 or 6 years ago when I was there. It was getting some work done on it. BTW, the seats are certainly not original. They are from a much newer boat.

I was at Shogrens last week. Seen it, and it's pretty darn clean.

That didn't come up in my research on the boat, but I certainly don't doubt it.
