that was a horrible crash and the loss of a great racer. the part that bothers me is that he would not have been in that spot had it not been for the promoter of the 5 mil. payout. they put the money up if he could start from last and win the race. where would everyone have been if they had all started in their qualifiying position. basically a gimick give away just cost the life of a great racer and tore apart a family.

I dont believe this had anything to do with it, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, thats all. He was the main driver working on the new 2012 cars and new safety bumper enclosures, etc . terrible coincidence, rip Dan
