Do you currently have E-Tops? We will need to know what flange you have for the collectors, you might need collector adapters.

The CMI Gen-X headers are specifically designed for the Mercury 525EFI, 600SCI, 700SCI engines as stock replacement to Mercury's design (but better). They are designed with the same header bolt flange as the Mercury/CMI headers and will hook up to any existing tail pipes for these engines.
We have Sport Tube kits or E-Top kits available both for the Mercury 496/HO and LS engines.

I would run the standard water flow tails to fit into your application. Nice thing about them is, you can run standard exhaust tips and/or mufflers with no drama.

The tails will be water jacketed, but are you sure want want completely dry tail pipes? Honestly, i try to talk people out of them unless it is absoluetly required due to engine specs.
