We were prop testing with 5-blade Herrings 27P vs. Bravo 1 28P in a non-vented bottom vee. The boat is set up with have a high X. We ran +2 MPH with the Herrings but they added stern lift that made made the boat feel squirrely....not connected. Long term, we also felt the 5-blades were going to over stress the drives...stayed with the B-1's.

Did you send it back to have it adjusted for the transom lift?

Default Drive and prop matching

I just blew up my bravo 1 and can get a great deal on an x.....for some reason my 26scarab runs ccw what prop will give me the best overall performance?
