Default 540 Dart Block Winterization

I have purchased a new boat and it has a 540 CI Dart Block with 500 EFI intakes. I have been under the motor and cannot find a spot where you would pull a plug to drain the block. It also has Harden Oil Coolers and I do not see a plug on this either, and the lines in/out are up high on the cooler so pulling these doesnt seam like it would drain it. It has cross overs on the front of the motor and I believe it has Oil Thermastats, which I believe means it could still be holding water inside until the thermostats open? It also has IMCO boxes on it and if i shine a light through the transon into the boxes I can see water sitting in there, I would want to be sure this gets out of there, I would assume it came from washing the bilge and spray getting in there. Not much water but still could cause issues I would think. And finally, is it okay to fog a 500 EFI intake through the air intake, this wont hurt the injectors correct? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am gonna try and finish it tomorrow and I want to be sure I do it right.
