BBLADES Named “Favorite Propeller Manufacturer” by Powerboat Magazine Readers
BBLADES Professional Propellers was named “Favorite Propeller Manufacturer” in the second annual Powerboat Magazine Readers’ Poll, scheduled for publication in the December, 2011 issue of the magazine.
The Princeton, Wisconsin-based company was cited by the magazine for its full-service propeller repair and customization facility, full line of products from the top propeller companies and the recent launch of its new proprietary line of props with the introduction earlier this year of the BBLADES Blaster™.
“We’re a little overwhelmed by the recognition, and want to thank our customers and readers of Powerboat” said Brett Anderson of BBLADES. “In six years we have grown from a small, local prop facility to an international provider of propeller sales and service, and introduced two of our own propellers to specialty markets. It’s nice to know that others have recognized our achievements,” Anderson said.
BBLADES has two propellers that meet a niche segment of the boat market. The Blaster™ is designed for the high-performance outboard applications and follows the company’s first propeller offering, Leading Edge, manufactured for long-tail and “mud” motors used to get hunters into shallow, boggy areas that are prime water fowl territory.
“Once again, we were excited that our readers took the time to voice their opinions for the 2011 Readers’ Choice Awards,” said Jason Johnson, editor of Powerboat. “We’d like to congratulate all of the winners for putting themselves in position to be acknowledged by our passionate readers. Just a quick shout out once again to all our friends and customers who made this award reality!
