I have seen this boat. As far as 27's go. this is the top. I have a 92. a year newer than yours. I never felt my boat was in the same league as Jason's 27/ Just because he has done so much R and D and spent so much money on every part of his program. even though they were tied side by side, Jason is a great guy. One of the best fountain guys I know. This boat is a steal at this price

Cheaper for me to not buy it and leave it on. 
Meant no disrespect, just thought it looked out of place too. But after you stated it was a temp for the run, made sense.
