I just purchased a Platinum Membership. I would like to post pics of the restoration of my '82 Stinger 260. I want to bring the cuddy into the 21st century. I have stripped the cuddy all the way down. I removed all the felt covering the walls and overhead and removed the decking that the sleeping cushion was on. Stripped it down to the stringers. I found some bad wood so I removed the stringers that were bad and will replace them. Bought a new Boman low profile hatch to the bow (which by the way doesn't come with the trim ring and screen). It's funny the more you dig the more you find. Oh well it is an '82 model and I love the hull design. Stay tuned for further developments. Gator

I was told she originally had twin 350's in her. Now she has a single 454 out of a Corvette in her now, with a Bravo One out drive. All this information I was told by the previous owner. I have nothing to back it up. The further I dig into this I more I have to repair. It's all good I enjoy this type of project, keeps me off the streets.
