Mercury Marine has them in stock at about $600 apiece. that's your only bet.

Check with Marc at www.bammarine.com ad Mindi at www.dolleroffshore.com

They usually have a fair sized stock of parts. I assume Pat Sullivan is who you checked with for parts thru Merc?
