Has anyone been there. If so how do you get there from the C&D Canal. Also it it a cool place to hang out?

We go there every weekend, they have a great seafood buffet and bands on the weekends. Also alot of go fast boats go there. From the c+d go up the elk river to turkey point and go right on the norteast river until it ends at the nauti goose.

Thanks Ike. This is going sound stupid but where is elk river and turkey point. Also how far is it from C&D Canal.

It's about a 15-30 minutes from the entrance of the C+D canal. The canal turns into the elk river, then the norheast river joins them all Turkey Point. Take a right around Turkey Point and follow to the end. Watch out for the crab pots around Turkey Point.

In IKE'S rocket the time is much less!!!

BAJA27,FROM THE C&D CANAL,STAY IN MAIN SHIPPING CHANNEL FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES FROM THE ENTRANCE OF THE C&D.THE C&D WILL DUMP YOU INTO THE ELK RIVER.AT TURKEY POINT YOU WILL SEE A WHITE LIGHTHOUSE ON YOUR RIGHT ON TOPOF A CLIFF.TURN RIGHT AFTER THAT.THIS WILL BE THE NORTHEAST RIVER.TAKE THE N.E. RIVER ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP TILL YOU GET TO THE NO WAKE ZONE.ITS VERY EASY TO FIND.

I have charts if you want to look at them. It's pretty simple to get to....not far at all.

Great chart....well done.....that's where it's at.....spent last weekend there (at Anchor marine) while running the upper bay. Wed and Thurs they have lobster tail on the buffet. For the money ....it can't be beat....and the food is great.....ate there Thur, Fri and Sat.....to bad we had to come home Sun

The Nauti Goose Saloon. Good food, East-West Connection (including 2 guys, Mark and Jeff, from Rythym and Bluefish). Good views, the owners alright too. See ya there!!!
