Default Loan Connection through Wake Zone Marine Insurance

Hey Everyone -

I know financing a boat has been really hard the past couple years and the lack of lending has actually had an effect on many of our businesses. I've been searching high and low for a connection to a lender that will lend on basically any type of boat... little did i know, the source was sitting in my own back yard!

My cousin Jamie works for US Bank. She is able to offer loans on boat purchases up to $150,000 with very little down. Here is what she stated, word for word, to me:

SHE CAN LEND ON CATS AND VHULLS!

Our rates differ depending on the price. Here is a break down
  • 5,000-7,499 0-48 month term is 8.49% 49-84 month term is 8.19%
  • 7,500-9,999 0-48 month term is 7.49% 49-84 month term is 7.76%
  • 10,000-14,999 0-48 month is 7.00% 49-84 month is 7.25 % 85-120 month is 7.75%
  • 15,000-24,999 0-48 month is 6.50% 49-84 monthis 6.75% 85-120 month is 7.25% 121-144 month is 7.50%
  • 25,000-99,999 0-48 month is 6.99% 49-84 month is 6.99% 85-120 month is 7.00% 121-144 is 7.00% 145-180 month is 7.00%
  • 100,000-150,000 0-48 month is 7.00% 49-84 month is 6.99% 85-120 month is 7.00% 121-144 month is 6.99% 145-180 month is 6.99% and 181-240 month is 7.00%

This is all subject to credit score and age of the boat, and also whether or not the customer has a us bank checking/savings acct and would like to have auto pay. With or without these, the rates can jump around.

We don't require a down payment on any loan. As far as restrictions, it really just depends what our direct lending team comes back at us with. If they turn it down for a particular reason, I have the power to request an override by my district manager. If everything else looks good, as far as income and collateral, and credit score, etc, we usually can find an option for the customer.

Oh and one more thing, if they are not in a state where we have a US Bank, they will automatically be rejected and there won't be anything I can do because they will need to have access to a branch for the signing and closing of the loan.

Here is her contact information. She is located in Wisconsin.

The only major requirement is that you use WAKE ZONE for your insurance policy to close your loan.... KIDDING!!!! Hahaha

I hope this helps some of you out. Have a good one all!

Hey Guys... just wanted to remind you that in order for you to get a loan through Jamie, you must have a US Bank near you to do the closing. It has to be done in person... so....

if you do not have a US Bank near you or in your state that you are willing to drive to, then please do not call Jamie about a loan, she can't help you!

Thanks for keeping this in mind!

Saw my cousin over Christmas. She thanked me for the referrals and said some were working out! Thanks for supporting her guys! If you're in the market for a loan under $150,000, she'll do her best to make it happen for you.
