just had to tell everybody how much i like my 25 sxt. lol
it fits my bill perfectly. its turnin out to be a great lake boat....easy to launch/take out....easy to maintain......easy to store....meets my requirements for speed....(hit 85 gps so far) should be reliable with mild NA horsepower....... sounds great....looks good.....and im in the boat with brand new power, accessories, gauges, and interior from front to back for less than what the engine alone should cost. (plus ALOT of elbow grease and explative phrases)
im pumped!

Great to hear.. I am doing a repower over the winter.. I am dyno'ing the motor.. shooting for 5-550 horsepower. the dyno will tell.. leaving the bravo, no hyrdralic steering yet either.
468 cube.. no big cubes ,no blower...
I am hoping she will run 85 with the bravo, and then will throw the HAWK back on just to see what extra it will gain.. just for a weekend .
another other budget 25 sxt dudes here ?

thats awesome!
you wouldnt expect you to have much problem running 85 with that setup....my engine wasnt dynoed...but the numbers im getting from speed/prop tests suggest im close to 500 hp.
and with the black hawk you could break 90!!
i hit 85 using my tomtom running a 28p bravo and 83 running the 29 hydromotive...... and the standard bravo w/nosecone.
hoping to make it out and try it again this week with just me in the boat and less fuel on some good choppy water. running out of opportunities....winter is settin in...
