Default 2003 Awesome Thundercat 31

I just purchased my first Cat. Its a 2003 Awesome Thundercat 31. All factory from a 1 owner. I went for a test ride with original owner but didnt open up the boat. It has twin 496 mags and bravo drives and 28pitch props. I have it home in Kentucky now, but too cold to run. COME ON SPRING! I was told it would run mid to upper 80's. Can anyone confirm?? thanks.

Congrats, and yeah the power/speed estimate seems fair. Welcome to OSO.

I'll be on the Ohio most of the time, but Dale Hollow and Cumberland as well. Thanks to you all.

congrats! post a pic, does it have mitcher t graphics? I think I know the boat you purchased, rack stored most of its life? I had a 31 Awesome for a few years, it would right at 80 with 454 mags turning 30's 4800 rpm

Yes, it was rack stored at Anchor Bay Marina in Michigan and has Mitcher T graphics. I'm not sure I can post pics yet.
