I have an older 1970s style Nordskog analog speedo. The pin in the back of the pointer that holds it on to the gauge broke . Is this a fixable item? Any help would be much appreciated !

Thanks, This was a spare 80 MPH Norskog speedo that I dont use which has been sitting in my garage.
I use a 100MPH version and GPS in my boat.
I was wanting to give this to someone who needed one with a black background .
When I opened the box,I noticed the pointer had fallen off and the pin behind it had broken.
