I know guy that had over 950 hours on his pair and they looked like new when he took them out, only because he thought it was time for a rebuild.
Couldnt beleive how good they looked and what the overall great condition they still were in, but he took great care of them too during their life.

If properly maintained, those motors in their current state will last at least 1000 hours. I supercharged a set of similar motors on my last boat at 450 hours. I sold the boat with 590hours and it was still running strong. I ran B&M 250 blowers with 3-4 pounds of boost. The larger blower with low boost allowed the engines to live as this combination limited intake heat, which ultimatly kills engines by detonation. I recommend the B&M 250, 671 or 871 blower pushing 3 pounds of boost for these engines.
