Honestly, you would be better off selling as a complete pkg and look for another motor for your other boat.
Hull Trailer and drive I would think wouldn't get you much over $10,000.
I sold my 99 25 last month for $29k up here. if you are not too far from the border then try advertising on kijiji.ca. the 25s without montser guages and extra goodies are getting $25k up here.
