Default Testing to Resume on Sterling 1700-Powered Skater 388 in January

Finally, an update, http://speedonthewater.com/new-boats...n-january.html.

I spoke with Mike D'Anniballe of Sterling Performance this morning, and I may meet him in Louisiana when the boat is ready for a first-person account on speedonthewater.com.

I thought you said no more "speed" boat rides

Damaged #6, is this a special purpose build? Doesn't take 5 months to find another one

wasn't there a huge argument about how everyone thought the 6 drives would be damaged with that much power

Outstanding memory, but my "cut-off point" depends on the driver, the conditions, the boat and my nerves that day. Could be 100, could be 120. Could be 80 with someone I don't know. (I've been pretty spoiled with drivers over the years.)

I want to feel the acceleration. As far as top speed goes ... I'll report the GPS recall.

Another good memory, but what I wrote was, "If I never break 100 mph in a boat again, I won't miss it. I'll be just fine."

As for what I'm willing to do, see the post above.

It's nice to be remembered. Thanks, Downtown.

Sure was. Most people , if I recall, had said they should have gone with Arnesons.
