Anyone have any updates on how the New M40 is coming?
Is it still in design stages or is one being built?
If so, what engines?
Can't wait to see how this Cat turns out. Hopefully we see a few buyers in Florida.
Thanks

I called about some parts week before last and they said that they are in transition to new the new ownership which has temporarily disrupted their daily business. I'm looking forward to seeing the bottom design for the 40. I'm assuming it will likely have no centerpod?

I agree. I will assume that Dave is going to take the very successful M35 and make it longer and possibly wider.
Some other 40' plus Cats have 11' and even 12' beams. Big boats and very stable. This will be a very cool DCB Cat when finished. I hope some east coast poker runners start buying some.
The add even bigger power. Maybe some Sterling 1550hp's or Teague 1365/1500HP. Most of all I am happy for Dave and the brand to be able to find a partner and keep DCB growing.
I am sure we will see it in Performance Boats magazine as soon as it comes out. They cover DCB pretty well.
