Yes they do. And as for brand new. From my understanding there factory refurbs. Pics do justice, just a little dust on them. I couldn't find a part number on the pumps, no where to be found ,any advice on where I could find it? Both pumps have the mounting plates and all hardware. No corrossion whatsoever on any of te solenoid and contacts, btw these pumps were for a 18" kiekhaefer planes

They came with a project boat I bought last summer but it had tons of miccellaneus parts included. This is one of them
