Nice looking. Pardon my ignorance, but what are the specifics of a C-5 vs. the other 'Vettes? You've got my interest piqued.

Well, I could be wrong but I believe it refers to that model of car. So this particular car is a 1997, the first year of that style ... the C5. Previously they were C4's, etc. So the new ones in 2004 I think is the scheduled release date will be C6's. Advantage_Rob should be able to clarify as he works on them.

Millord is correct. 1997 to 2003 are referred to as C5 for 5th generation, and the C4, C3, C2, C1 desigtations have been retroactively adopted. The pics above are of the Lingenfelter Corvette. That car has been on a couple of test shows on Speedvison.

Brian ... not correct on the car above. That is my friends car. Lingenfelter has had nothing to do with it. My friend has had all the exterior work done and ARE Motorsports in Toronto has done the last 2 engines. Thing is pretty damned quick now!

My mistake, I just glanced at it. Do you know the one I am referring to, that was on Motor Trend TV or Car & Driver TV? That thing ran 220+ mph!!!
