Default What ethanol treatment are you guys using?

After torching a fuel pump I've heard a few mechanics recommend ethanol treatment. I've been using some Stabil for my Monterey. Now that I have my Sunsation which will definitely suck a lot more fuel...I'm curious...what is the most economical/practical ethanol treatment choice?

K100...What about avgas 100LL? With 100 octane and lead in it...that should make a motor happy.

No offense, but you understand wrong. I run avgas in my motors alot and the motors are alot happier with the 100LL than they are with 92 no lead and alcohol. The 100LL is like the priemum gas that you could get back in the 60's and even at 4.50 a gallon...its cheaper than race gas.

I use Marvel Mystery Oil, works good, and inexpensive. I was told this, by one of the guys on the boat racing team years ago, and I have never had a problem. I put it in every tank.

I run NO-ethanol gas only so I'm not too familiar with the additives. I use Stabil for winterizing but just wondering...I know MMO is a good upper-lub for the engine, but how does it or 2 stroke oil eliminate the effects of ethanol? Ya never know...I may have to go to ethanol gas some day.
