I need some suggestions on how I'm going to fit a Raymarine E7 into my dash. I'm not worried on the height, it's the width. Here are some pics, I'm on the East Coast and the boat is TX, so I can't get more measurements at this time. I have a little bit of space on the outerside of each gauge, so maybe bring the gauge hole right up to the edge. Not sure if there are smaller angled bezels, perhaps sand down the outer edge of the bezel? I need .565" on each side. Any ideas or advice, besides getting a smaller unit.

Perhaps have some custom machined bezels made. Good choice on the unit, they are very nice piece. We had the Raymarine rep at the shop a few weeks ago and got to test out that bad boy!!

Id say you have a big problem. You need 1.5 inches.

Ditch the speedo. Why have redundant analog & digital speed with the GPS?

OR

Buy smaller Tach & Speedo with platinum faces.

I was browsing through Livorsi's catalog and I thought I had the smallest ones. The engine data gauges are smaller but I didn't see them in the small size for the speedo and rpm.

I would try to move your rpm gauges over & cut the bezels on both sides
or
remove the 2 gauges, cover the wholes & move them to the top of the dash,, then you would have alot of room & still look cool.
