Just finished putting procharged 540 into 04 25 Outlaw. dynoed at 800/800. Now the hard part, waiting until spring to let er eat. Ran 85 on test run, hope to get a little more but ran pretty good.

Run some good oil in your drive and change it often. It will eventually break though. Both of mine have multiple times. But its still worth it!

Looks good....do you know what your prop shaft measurement is with the lower unit?
