2004 Chevy 2500HD power steering cooler

Mines leaking......I see online them online for around $75. How much $$ labor should I expect? How difficult without the truck on a lift?

Is it a job for a shadetree mechanic?

The toughest part is getting them not to leak and seating the hoses and seals correctly.
