I thought Vern must have given the place up due to health issues but the Marina folks said they just couldn't work out a new lease. Must be other folks lined up to pay more for the spot.

That makes sense, Pat keeps his Baja there. He must like the place a lot. I think he does really well with Silverados Rivergate.
Chewy, I hear you. The old Silverados on Murfreesboro Road has gotten really rough. The police even shut it down for a while.
However, that location is owned/leased by a different guy.

Hmmm, I was thinking "Zuck's Wing and Beer Emporium" on had a nice ring to it!

Thanks Paul, that would be a lot of work, but a lot of fun too.
If the rumors are true, Pat will probably do a good job. Now if we can convince him (and/or Mitch) to put in extra restaurant dockage, that would solve another headache.
