Default AT 25 swim platform weld broke

the lower support arms weld broke at the round mounting plate, one side broke one year, didn't use boat last year and noticed the other side did the same thing.
Boat stays on trailer in barn, kind of look like they shifted down
1/4 in. like they popped out. Never hit any thing The only thing I can think of is a couple of seasons ago a BIG friend jumped off it but nothing broke at that time. Could that have caused it?
The big question is whats the best way to fix it,if I just weld it the holes wouldn't line up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Take it off and have it welded. Scribe some lines on the pieces before you remove it so they get welded at the correct location. You should be able to get it lined back up fine.
