This person is offering me a trade for one of my classic cars in my collection. The boat is too big and not practical for my lake. I would need to sell quickly. What is this thing worth?

I have seen this Active cat since it was new back in 1982. It looks better now than it has in the past. However it's a heavy old hull I know I had one, and converted it's sister race cat [COUGAR, MOTOR CITY MAGIC] to a pleasure boat. These were the first of the wide beam glass cats and they had some problems, almost 30 years later there not getting any better. I looked her over good in Key west back in 2010 not bad but it's no SKATER. Flipping the cat for $ may be hard even if you get dirt cheap. There may be new racing rules coming out about canopied hulls and these old F-16 ones may not meet new standards..

Nice cars. Where is your shop?
