During the winter engine upgrade I just ran into a problem the CMI headers I just bought hit the rear seat when I close it I new the carb would be close just never thought the headers would be an issue. Has anyone else ran into this problem and if so is their a fix other than getting different exhaust? What would the next best manifold style exhaust be if I decide to get rid of what I got.

My friend had a 2000 223ss - went from a 350 mag to a 454 mag 385hp with bravo set up. The dealer that did the instal added a spacer to the fwd side of the seat/eng. cover for added clearance. worked out fine.
