My boat trailer blew a tire while they were transpoting it it cost them an extra night and all they charged me was the exact amount of the new tire. Provided pics when delivered via email within an hour.

The guy was awesome, his price was right in the center of my quotes and he hit the delivery time right to the minute over 2000 miles awy from where he picked it up for me.
He was even gracious enough to assist with trouble shooting a couple of electrical gremlins at my maiden launch.
