How about meeting some or most of your criteria....I have a 2004, a year older than your looking for, 25 Outlaw, ~150 hours, 496 HO, 2009 Aluminum Trailer, upgraded stereo Alpine head unit and JL amps and speakers...and boat is in MI.

Linky no worky
The 23 is quite different to the 25 and 26 OL. If you are looking into the 25 and 26, look into the 272 and 275 instead of the 242 and 247. Where do you boat? The 25, 26, 272 and 275 are deep wee hulls with 24 degree dead rise, where as the 23, 242 and 247 are with a lesser 23 degree dead rise. If you boat anywhere that can get bumpy, you will like the added dead rise. The 25, 26, 272 and 275 is in a completely different performance boat class than the 23 and 247 that are much more runabout oriented.
EDIT: The 242 does have a 24 degree dead rise.
