This is located on the upper deck. It has a custom built cover, fiberglass over wood, 360 degree visual surroundings, totally enclosed, clear vinyl curtains, 4 deck chairs, seating for eight, and overhead lights.

If you look at the picture you can see behind the flybridge, an area surrounded by canvas. That is the "special room" as the older CC's did not have anything there. He must have built the rear area up and made a covered deck (a special room) to have a place to put the deck chairs and drinks and look at the bikinis!

I call it the "riding room"

It's just a tri-cabin with enclosed rear bridge. Seen lots of those mods over the years. Same for the Trojan tri-cabins. I wouldn't call it "special room" though. Must be where the "special people" go.
