I forgot to mention that Matt Little can only handle loans in the southern states that REGIONS BANK has a physical location.

He will not accept insurance binders from non admiited surplus lines insurance carriers.

I too have spoken with Matt @ Regions and he is a really nice guy. I'm excited to work with him in the future. Since Wake Zone writes boats up to 145mph in ADMITTED A rated markets looks like our clients will benefit from knowing Matt as well. Always nice to have a great lending source.

I can personally vouch for Matt Little as he has been my personal banker for 4-5 years. I just financed my MTI through him and it was a painless as buying a new car!! I can also say his program has VERY competitive interest rates and I was shocked at how low it actually was when I got my quote.

I guess his bank won't have to rent space to store repo boats using those rational guidelines for loans.
