Question Whipple fuel pressure gauge location?

Where is the best place to tap into the fuel system for my mechanical pressure gauge.? I allready have an electrical sender right after the fuel pump that I want to leave there. Was thinking about putting an adapter in between the auxillary fuel rail and the fuel return line but I'm not sure if this would be an accurate place to get a good reading. Does the pressure stay constant throughout the fuel system past the pump?

I suspect you need to stay on the pressure side of the rgulator- avoid the fuel return after that. Why not pickup the same spot as your electric sending unit? Anywhere between the pump and the reg should be fine.
