Looking for a Baja Hammer Windscreen in the Southeast (Florida) area. Mine has damage to both corners. If no luck I guess I will experiment with gluing it and then maybe vinyl wrapping it for aesthetic purposes.

If it needs to be re-done I'd try Aero Marine...they are a sponsor here. I know they did a buddy of our's 29 OL. My 29 fairing was cracked in half and I had a paint/body shop friend (who painted my platform and other trick stuff) cut and fill the crack and shoot the fairing white, can't even tell. (Assuming you have the parts that cracked off still? Not too many people have any fairings left and those that do have one or two around know they have a hot item. Cost me $250 to fix mine vs. $1500 + to replace/build.

I sent you a email on this and I am working on the final pricing for it. The manufacturer that can build these will not sell direct retail, but we have an account with them and I can get manufacturer discount pricing instead of dealer pricing.
Here is the best part for you, they are only 1 1/2 hour drive from Tampa FL. so you can save on that excessive shipping cost.
